How many people does Half Tray dishes serve?
Half Tray dishes such as Hummus, Eggplant Salad serve about 10 guests if each guest is having one serving of the dish.
How does 25-Piece dishes work?
You can order 25-Piece dishes in multiples of 25. So, you can order them in quantities of 25, 50, 75, or 100 pieces.
Does any of the catering dishes come with rice?
No, the catering dishes don't come with rice. You have to order it separately.
How to figure out how much food you need?
You can assume each Half Tray dish will serve 10 guests. For piece items such as falafel or stuffed grape leaves, you order depending on how many pieces each guest will have. For 25-Piece dishes, you order similar to piece items, depending on how many pieces each guest will have.
Are the Lamb Adana Kebab and Chicken Adana Kebab the same size as regular orders?
No. Each piece is smaller than what normally comes in a regular order.
